(Gelöst) openSUSE 10.2 Einrichtung ipw2100 "klassisch mit ifup" SMPPPD & configs

Hallo,

ich habe bei mir gerade openSuse 10.2 neu aufgespielt, d.h. 10.0 komplett überschrieben.
Es hat auch alles geklappt, bis auf den Internetzugang. Ich gehe mittels wlan-Karte über unseren Router ins Netz. Bis jetzt (Suse 10.0), war das auch völlig problemlos möglich, nur jetzt sagt mir kinternet, dass die Verbindung zum lokalen Server fehlgeschlagen ist und vermutlich der smpppd nicht läuft.

Weiß da jemand Rat?

SMPPPD einfach einschalten.

=> Yast => System => Runleveleditor.

Danke. Läuft nun.
Internet geht aber dennoch noch nicht.
Wenn ich in der Konsole ifconfig eingebe, dann taucht auch die wlan-karte gar nicht auf, sondern nur eth0 und lo.

Richtig abtippen musst Du schon!

"grep" heisst der Befehl. Liest Du eigentlich auch, was da ausgespuckt wird? Scheinbar nicht.

Aber der Output hier ist auch EINDEUTIG.

Kleines Fehlerpotpourri:

1. Zwei Karten im Rechner und beide gleichzeitig über DHCP aktiv, wobei eine gar nicht gebraucht wird.!?

1. Da fehlt die WLAN-Karte.

Nachtrag:

Obwohl die Karte als ethX erkannt/eingebunden wird, sollte die ifcfg-Datei in etwa so heissen:

/etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-wlan*irgendwas*, wobei *Irgendwas* = MAC-Adresse.

2. CODE-Tags setzen.

=> "Ändern" Button benutzen, die Config der WLAN-Karte in Dein letztes Posting hinzufügen und das beides in CODE-Tags setzen.
