With linux addidition software is used to be installed with the appropriate package manager.
As YaST is the standard package manager for openSUSE i recommend using YaST (or the command-line interface: zypper) to install zope.

The zope packages can be found in the suse base-repository (oss).
Take a look at openSUSE for instructions how to add addiditional (online-)repositories to YaST.
