[Gelöst] Attansic Ethernet Controller AR8161 [1969:1091] unter openSUSE 12.3

Hallo,

WLAN steht mir z.Zt. nicht zur Verfügung und ich bekomme keine LAN-Verbindung. Yast zeigt an, dass die wlan0 konfiguriert ist und der Ethernet controller nicht konfiguriert ist.

Attansic Ethernet controllerBusID : 0000:03:00.0
Konfiguration der Netzwerkkarte nicht möglich, weil das Kernel-Gerät (eth0, wlan0) nicht verfügbar ist. Dies wird zumeist durch fehlende Firmware (für WLAN-Geräte) verursacht. Zu Einzelheiten s. die dmesg-Ausgabe.

Bin hier http://www.suseforum.de/suse-treiber/10851-attansic-ethernet-controller-ar8161-1969-1091-unter-opensuse-12-2-a.html fündig geworden. Habe versucht entsprechend den dort aufgeführten Lösungen das Problem zu beheben, aber leider hat es nicht geklappt.

Da ich unter http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/driver:/wireless/12.3-update/ keine Pakete "compat-wireless-scripts" (noarch) und "compat-wireless-kmp-desktop" gefunden habe, habe ich die folgenden Pakete installiert:

compat-drivers-scripts-3.10.rc1.2-1.2.noarch.rpm
compat-drivers-kmp-desktop-3.10.rc1.2_k3.7.10_1.16-1.2.x86_64.rpm

Ein modprobe alx

Die Pakete habe ich dann wieder deinstalliert.

Danach habe ich den weiteren Lösungsansatz ausprobiert und hier http://software.opensuse.org/package/alx das Paket alx-1.2.3+git20130403-1.6.src.rpm heruntergeladen.

Yast erkennt das Paket nicht und zypper auch nicht:

Gehe ich direkt in den Pfad der internen Repo, dann versucht zypper auf das Internet zuzugreifen, was ja nicht geht.

Danke für den Hinweis tomfa, dass habe ich übersehen. Wer lesen kann ist halt klar im Vorteil.

Dank deines Links habe ich einen passenden Treiber installiert, eth0 ist konfiguriert und somit das Problem gelöst.

Und um bis zur nächsten openSUSE-Version (die den Treiber wahrscheinlich mitbringen wird) Ruhe zu haben, solltest Du Dir das passende Repo einbinden.

Index of /repositories/home:/Akoellh:/Kernelmodules/openSUSE_12.3_Update

Die Version "openSUSE_12.3_Update" ist wichtig, denn nur dort wird sich ein Treiber finden, der zum aktuellen Distrokernel passt und nach einem Kernelupdate auch automatisch aktualisiert wird.
